About This Blog.

I'm Keiko. I love food. I love wine. I love butter, shallots, balsamic vinegar, and aged cheeses. I love sea scallops, a good white Bordeaux, and top shelf tequila. I love fresh Jersey corn, caramelized onions, and ground buffalo.

I love food.

But I've got to start eating healthier. Follow along as I learn to celebrate myself and truly appreciate food by eating right. Whether it's keeping myself motivated, posting recipes, or sharing a healthy dose of food porn- because who doesn't love macro shots of food- I intend to start thinking deliciously.

Check out my other exploits over at Hannah Wept, Sarah Laughed.
